About the role
As an Account Manager, Client Communications , you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality client communications solutions across superannuation funds. You’ll manage end-to-end correspondence development, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant delivery while working closely with clients and stakeholders.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong communications or PR expertise , who thrives in a client-facing environment and can manage competing priorities within structured timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of client communication change requests, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance
- Lead stakeholder engagement across internal teams, clients and vendors to deliver effective communication outcomes
- Oversee client-specific outbound correspondence, ensuring alignment with design principles and operational requirements
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to third-party vendors to meet delivery, quality and SLA expectations
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, drive efficiencies, and enhance the customer communication experience
- Ensure all communications meet legislative and regulatory requirements within superannuation
- Consult with clients on communication strategies, requirements and tailored solutions
- Monitor performance metrics, manage workflows, and ensure delivery against agreed timelines
About you
- Strong experience in communications, PR, or client communications delivery roles
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and client relationships at multiple levels
- Experience delivering work within tight timelines and structured processes
- Strong understanding of communication development and delivery frameworks
- Background in superannuation or financial services and an appreciation of communications regulations (highly regarded)
- Experience working with vendors or third-party providers
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and compliance
- Strong problem-solving, prioritisation and organisational skills
