About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Gaming Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our gaming room and deliver a safe, compliant, and welcoming experience for members and guests.
In this role, you will take ownership of key operational functions including preparing and balancing floats, managing E-Cash and CRT systems, and maintaining the integrity of the main strong room.
You will supervise staff, support day-to-day gaming operations, and ensure the gaming floor is consistently well presented, functional, and compliant. You’ll also deliver exceptional customer service, managing patron interactions professionally, and maintaining a positive and engaging environment. From time to time, you will be required to perform the duties of the Duty Manager, supporting smooth venue operations as needed.
This is a dynamic, operational role suited to someone confident in managing gaming compliance, cash control, and customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
About You
You are a motivated and experienced gaming professional who thrives in a hands-on role and takes pride in maintaining high standards of compliance, operational excellence, and customer experience. You bring a strong knowledge of Victorian gaming regulations and responsible gambling practices, along with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Proactive, reliable, and professional in your approach, you’re confident in cash handling, reporting, and resolving patron issues with discretion, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You’re also someone who contributes positively to team culture, bringing energy, respect, and a collaborative spirit.
You must hold (or be willing to obtain) the following current certifications and accreditations:
- Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG)
- Victorian Gaming Employee Licence
- AML/CTF Training
- TAB Cash Control Accreditation
