Sales Representative

Regency Showerscreens & Wardrobes has an exciting opportunity for a driven Sales Representative to join our Bendigo team. This autonomous, on-the-road role will see you manage key customer relationships and grow sales across your territory.

As a market leader in wardrobes, shower screens, mirrors and splashbacks, Regency offers a strong product range backed by a supportive team.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will:

• Manage and grow an existing customer base
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Conduct site visits, measurements and consultations
• Process orders and maintain accurate CRM records
• Recommend tailored product solutions
• Build strong relationships with builders, trades and retail customers
• Collaborate with installation, factory and admin teams

About You

• Proven experience in sales or a trade-based role
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
• Organised with solid admin capability
• Confident using MS Office and CRM systems
• Willingness to learn technical product knowledge
