Service Delivery Clerk

Reporting to the Depot Manager and being part of the CDC NSW Operations team, the Service Delivery Clerk is responsible to provide operations support to the Depot in meeting the standards and requirements of the Company and the commercial contracts.

What You Will Do But Not Be Limited To
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of communication and information to drivers including Shift Bats, Bulletins, Notices, OTR forms etc.
- Maintaining communications reports and ensure they are recorded.
- Ensure that employees details are up to date in D365 / payroll and review each quarter.
- Ensure company assets are properly maintained secured and protected.
- Daily management and record keeping for lost property including disposal and responding to inquiries. Work closely with the customer service team in relation to the management of lost property.
- Respond to customer complaints and provide good customer service support ensuring that complaints and inquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide general administration support to the depot.
- Raise and receipt Purchase Orders (PO’s) as required.
- Maintain and update employee details for both electronic and hard personnel files.
- Order and distribute employee uniforms.
- Order stationery and depot stock.
- Check invoices against purchase orders and provide documentation to Finance for payment.
- Download and saving CCTV footage for accidents/incidents and customer feedback and ensuring confidentiality.
- Work in a safe manner at all times and in accordance with CDC Policy and Procedures
- Following instructions and using the safety equipment provided
- Reporting hazards and incidents
- Coming to work in a fit state, free from fatigue, drugs, and alcohol
- Other Duties as Directed
About You
- Great customer service focus for both internal and external stakeholders and ability to consistently meet expectations.
- Excellent communication skills; written and oral
- Ability to analyse data and information.
- Ability to plan and prioritise own work and meet agreed deadlines.
- Basic experience with PC applications; Microsoft Office Suite and D365 (desirable)
