About The Role
We are seeking a hands-on and motivated
Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will support the housekeeping leadership team in ensuring our rooms and public areas consistently meet voco’s high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure brand standards are met
- Support the training, coaching and development of team members
- Assist with rostering, daily assignments, and productivity management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues efficiently
- Maintain stock control for linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies
About You
- Previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel environment
- Prior supervisory experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- A positive, team-focused attitude with a passion for guest service
