Join Our OSHC Team in Rochedale!

St Peter’s Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) has proudly supported the St Peter’s Catholic Primary School community for over 18 years. We provide a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for up to 135 children from Prep to Year 6, offering before school care, after school care, and exciting vacation programs.

Our service is built on strong relationships, a home-like atmosphere, and programs shaped by both our educators’ strengths and the children’s interests.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide nurturing and attentive care for children
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment
  • Plan and deliver fun recreational and educational activities
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team
  • Join in on exciting excursions during vacation care

What We’re Looking For

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or working towards) – desirable
  • Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Passion for working with school-aged children in a play-based environment
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework / My Time, Our Place (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

National Safeguarding Training (Geccko)

  • Once completed, please email a copy of your completion certificate to us.
