Area Manager | OSHC Services | Brisbane North & Sunshine Coast Corridor

Lead Great Services. Develop Exceptional Leaders. Drive Meaningful Growth.

The Opportunity

As part of Centacare, we deliver early education and care and outside-of-school-hours care services across Southeast Queensland. Our purpose is to create safe, nurturing and inclusive environments where children can thrive, and this role plays a key part in strengthening the capability, confidence and experience of the people who make that possible across a large, geographically dispersed network of services.

At Catholic Early EdCare (CEEC), we believe that Outside School Hours Care isn't just about filling the gaps in a school day—it's about creating vibrant, safe, and enriching communities where children truly thrive.

We are looking for a dynamic and influential Area Manager who leads from the front, connects with our services and empowers our Service Leaders. Cultivating strategic relationships with key stakeholders must be a high priority, and delivering sustainable portfolio growth is essential. This is a highly visible leadership position that demonstrates presence, influence and resilience.
