About the role

We are looking for a commercially minded National Account Executive/Analyst to support our grocery team by delivering insights, promotional execution, forecasting support and customer planning that drives category and commercial growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical, organised and proactive individual looking to build a long term career within FMCG sales.

The role is based at our head office in Norwest, with hybrid working (2 days WFH, 3 days on site).

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Analyse sales, promotional, ranging, pricing and retailer performance data to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities
  • Produce weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports that support commercial decision-making
  • Support promotional planning, customer submissions, trade spend tracking and post-promotion analysis
  • Assist with Joint Business Planning, range reviews and customer presentations
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams to support forecasting, stock availability and event readiness
  • Coordinate new product launches and customer execution requirements
  • Build strong relationships across Sales, Category, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and customer teams
  • Drive continuous improvement by simplifying reporting, trackers and manual processes

What you’ll bring to the role?

  • 1-3 years' experience in FMCG, retail, category, analyst, sales or commercial roles
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Highly systems savvy, with the ability to confidently utilise and navigate multiple sales platforms, tools and reporting systems.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Commercially curious, proactive and solutions-focused
  • Experience with retailer portals, promotional systems, scan data or syndicated data is highly regarded
