Embark on a rewarding learning journey as an Apprentice. This four-year apprenticeship will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to gain a trade and advance your career.

This role works on sites across Sydney CBD.

Our program offers paid hands-on training under expert mentors, equipping you with valuable skills and a nationally recognised trade qualification. At the end of the program, you'll be equipped with all the knowledge and hand on skills you will need to build your career and move into roles such as a Team Leader or Site Manager - ready to lead with confidence.

What You'll Learn

• Identify plants and understand how care for them
• Plant nutrition and troubleshooting plant health
• Specialist transplanting, pruning and mowing operations
• Weed control, plant pests, diseases and disorders
• Improvment of soil quality
• Safety protocols and equipment operation

About You

You may not have any prior experience in the horticulture field, but you are a proven hard worker and are motivated and keen to learn new skills. Your can-do attitude will underpin your success in this role.

• You are reliable, with a mature attitude and are able to deal with people from all walks of life.
• You already have, or are prepared to obtain, a White Card
• Willing to obtain a National Police and Working with Children check, if required
