FinXL IT is seeking a Delivery Manager to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading telecommunications client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of a nationwide kiosk store rollout across property, IT, and managed services.

• Align cross-functional project streams including legal, data, commercial, and engineering teams.

• Manage external vendor performance and deliveries, including builders and network partners like Cisco.

• Drive the end-to-end execution of retail space installations and backend service integrations.

• Maintain comprehensive project tracking and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.

• Report directly into the Senior Delivery Director to ensure strategic alignment and velocity.

• Navigate a large corporate matrix environment to remove blockers and drive delivery outcomes.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven track record as a Delivery Manager within enterprise environments, ideally in the telecommunications industry.

• Extensive experience delivering technology and infrastructure projects within the retail sector.

• Strong technical delivery background spanning backend services, networks, and hardware rollouts.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, comfortable collaborating with C-level executives.

• Robust financial management experience, including project costing, GRM, and forecasting.

• Highly organised and well-rounded communicator capable of managing multiple concurrent teams.

• Ability to start immediately or on short notice in a fast-paced, high-profile program.
