Currently we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Educator to join our Education, Safety, Quality and Risk (ESQR) team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate clinician who thrives on developing people, delivering high-quality training, and driving continuous improvement across healthcare services. The successful applicant shall be part of a multidisciplinary team is responsible for the development, facilitation, implementation and evaluation of educational, professional development programs/resources and strategies for nursing and related services. Areas of accountability will include leadership, development, implementation and review of quality and safety initiatives, the setting of clinical standards, policy development and change management. Works in collaboration with colleagues and the Nursing Director. The Nurse Educator practices within their scope of practice considerate of the Nursing and Midwifery Board’s Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.

To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
