The role

• Act exclusively on behalf of tenants, delivering cost-effective real estate solutions aligned to their business strategy
• Advise across portfolio strategy, rent benchmarking, renew vs relocate assessments and development pre-commitment negotiations
• Land lease acquisitions, renewals, surrenders and early terminations across a diverse client base, from local businesses, NFPs and government to global corporates
• Manage the full transaction lifecycle from market analysis and RFPs through to deal execution
• Partner with CBRE's broader service lines to deliver seamlessly for clients

About You

• Experience in commercial real estate transactions, leasing, occupier advisory or tenant representation
• Coming from agency, in-house or an aligned professional services background, we're open
• Strong communicator who can present confidently to clients and senior stakeholders
• Organised, collaborative, and calm under pressure
