We’re on the hunt for a motivated, driven Account Director to take the lead in growing an existing patch within our Melbourne Independent Agency Sales team. If you thrive on the hustle, love chasing opportunity, and are passionate about making your mark; this could be your next big move. In practice this looks like

  • Drive revenue growth by building strong client partnerships and identifying new business opportunities
  • Deliver tailored cross-platform advertising solutions across broadcast, streaming and podcasting
  • Work collaboratively with your team to create seamless campaigns and shared success
  • Bring energy, initiative and commercial focus to exceed targets and grow your patch

  • This role will suit someone with Previous Sales / Business development/ Agency Account management experience in a similar role
