What will you be responsible for?
This role sits as part of our newly-formed Customer Enablement team and reports to our Head of Customer Enablement.
Your key activities in this role will be (but not limited to):-
- Support the adoption, understanding & confidence of both external customers and our internal employee base through engaging training and self-serve enablement resources.
- Design and deliver training and enablement experiences in a variety of formats including self-serve resources, videos, webinars & articles.
- Cross-functional collaboration with the Customer Success and Implementations teams to schedule and deliver tailored training sessions.
- Work closely with the Communications, Product, and other key teams to plan the rollout of new product features and ensure both customers and internal employees are equipped with the right enablement resources.
- Maintain and update training and enablement content across our Help Centres and self-serve knowledge bases.
Our ideal candidate?
We’re on the hunt for an individual who is highly communicative, collaborative, a problem-solver and brings a positive attitude to the workplace every day.
- Experience using user-friendly training and enablement approaches to help customers and internal teams grasp software and technology concepts
- Experience designing and delivering training through webinars, face-to-face sessions, and self-serve content
- Previously experience from a SaaS business or the ability to quickly grasp Saas platforms – your technical mind will be key
- Familiarity with video editing
- Experience writing content covering compliance and legislative subject matter and transforming that clearly into content for various audiences
