Social Worker or Occupational Therapist Level 1/2: $38.51 - $47.97 per hour + rural incentives

Registered Nurse: $40.02 - $56.19 per hour + rural incentives

Psychologist: $40.57 - $59.38 per hour + rural incentives

What you will bring to the role

  • Tertiary qualifications in either Social Worker (where degree provides eligibility for membership for Australian Association of Social Workers) - Occupational Therapist and registered with AHPRA - Psychology and registered with AHPRA or Registered Nurse Division 1 with AHPRA registration including completion of a new graduate RN program or 12 months experience working as a Registered Nurse.
  • Demonstrated skills in mental health and discipline specific assessments and interventions and experience working with people with mental illness.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate meaningfully with consumers and carers with a commitment and understanding of recovery principles in mental health service provision
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills including verbal, written, good interpersonal skills and computer competence and literacy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative partnerships with a range of service providers to tailor care plans and enhance the cultural sensitivity of service provision
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to Aboriginal mental health and wellbeing principles and practice improvement
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of NSW Mental Health Act, 2007
  • Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel
