eCommerce Coordinator

The Role
We are on the hunt for a highly organised and detail-oriented eCommerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our online channels across all three brands. This hands-on role plays a critical part in ensuring product launches, website updates, and digital content are delivered accurately and on time to drive a seamless customer experience.
Based at the Support Office in Malvern and reporting to the Head of eCommerce, you will work closely with the eCommerce Managers to support product setup, campaign execution, website content, and operational workflows across multiple brands.
You’ll be part of a fast-paced and collaborative environment where your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will directly contribute to the success and growth of our digital channels. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Own and support product data enrichment, ensuring all product information is accurate, complete and aligned to brand tone of voice
- Write and upload product descriptions, features and benefits across all three brands
- Support end-to-end product setup, including pricing, attributes, categorisation and imagery
- Coordinate new product drops and ensure products are launch-ready in line with delivery schedules
- Assist with campaign and promotional updates across websites, including homepage, landing pages and banners
- Conduct pre and post-launch checks to ensure product, pricing and content accuracy
- Support onsite merchandising updates including product sequencing, categories and collections
- Assist with SEO content updates and website content maintenance
- Support the coordination and accuracy of product imagery and digital assets
- Identify, log and escalate website issues, bugs or inconsistencies for resolution
- Assist with website testing, UAT and post-deployment checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Customer Service and Operations
- Provide support for order fulfilment processes and customer service enquiries where required
- Assist with reporting, administration, trackers and documentation across the eCommerce team
- Support invoice processing and expense tracking
- Provide general support across BAU operations and eCommerce projects as required
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years’ experience supporting eCommerce, digital or retail environments
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately across product data, content and systems
- Excellent written communication skills, with experience or interest in writing product descriptions
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across multiple brands
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, digital systems and structured processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps or inconsistencies
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within eCommerce
- Passion for retail, fashion and digital
- Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Magento or Apparel21 (desirable but not essential)
- Exposure to SEO, analytics tools or marketplace platforms (desirable)
