What you bring

  • Experience in Contact Centres, Customer Service, or Office Administration

  • Ability to interpret technical data and communicate it effectively to the relevant audience
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Previous experience in government, utilities, or professional services is a plus
