6-Month Contract Opportunity
We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused APS3 Customer Service / Local Production Support Officers to join a busy and supportive Federal Government team based in Canberra.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong customer service, administration, and stakeholder engagement skills who are looking to build their career within the Australian Public Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Assist with administrative and production support activities.
- Process documentation and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Support operational teams to ensure service delivery targets are achieved.
- Liaise with stakeholders and provide timely updates on requests and enquiries.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or support-based role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Sound computer literacy and experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering quality service.
Requirements
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
- A current Baseline Security Clearance is preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required.
