What You Will Do
As NCIS business support officer, you will provide practical support that keeps daily operations running smoothly.
You will work across administration, finance, systems and communication to help deliver reliable services.
You Will
- provide reliable administrative support through phone and email enquiries, correspondence and reports
- coordinate accurate financial transactions, procurement activities and contract administration
- maintain accessible records and information using approved business systems
- support website content updates and carry out routine monitoring activities
- provide practical system support to users while contributing to ongoing operational improvements.
About You
You should have demonstrated experience providing business support to senior managers, ideally within government or a large and complex organisation. A certificate in business administration, or an equivalent qualification, is desirable.
You Should Also Have
- intermediate skills using Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word and Excel
- experience with Canva, Monday.com or website management systems is desirable
- strong problem-solving skills and confidence using digital tools
- a collaborative, adaptable and inclusive approach to your work.
