Quality Improvement Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Improvement Business Partner to drive organisational excellence through a strong Quality Management System (QMS) and a culture of continuous improvement.

This role is responsible for partnering with leaders and teams across Rocky Bay to ensure the organisation remains audit-ready, standards-aligned and focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred services. You will support quality improvement initiatives, coordinate audit and accreditation activities, and translate insights from audits, incidents, complaints and performance data into sustainable improvements across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational teams to maintain and continuously improve Rocky Bay's Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Coordinate audit and accreditation activities, including NDIS audits and standard alignment
  • Support audit readiness and quality assurance processes through effective planning and evidence management
  • Facilitate corrective actions, non-conformance management and continuous improvement initiatives using PDCA and CAPA methodologies
  • Analyse quality and performance data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
  • Deliver clear reporting and insights to leadership and governance forums
  • Partner with operational leaders to improve service quality, safety and reliability
  • Support a culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement across the organisation

About You

Essential

  • Experience managing or supporting Quality Management Systems, audits and compliance frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with continuous improvement and non-conformance management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Commitment to quality, governance and continuous improvement

Highly Regarded

  • Experience in disability, healthcare or community services
  • Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and audit processes
  • Qualifications in quality, governance or a related field

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • WA Working with Children Check
  • Current WA Driver’s Licence
