  • Provide high quality, evidence based nursing care to patients recovering from orthopaedic surgery, trauma, and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Work within a supportive multidisciplinary team focused on safe, compassionate, and culturally responsive care.
  • Contribute to patient assessment, care planning, post operative management, and rehabilitation pathways.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement, risk management, and workplace safety initiatives within the ward.
  • Develop and expand your clinical skills in a fast paced environment with opportunities for professional growth and specialty training.
  • Experience in acute surgical, rehabilitation or general surgical.

  • Do you bring recent experience as a Registered Nurse in orthopaedics or a similar acute care environment, and are you confident in managing post operative and trauma patients?
  • Are you committed to delivering safe, compassionate, culturally responsive care that supports patients and their families through recovery?
  • Can you communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with patients, carers, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure care needs are met?
  • Do you demonstrate a professional, calm, and personable approach, even in challenging situations, and take initiative to resolve conflicts constructively?
  • Are you someone who uses critical thinking and evidence based practice while actively participating in safety, risk management, and quality improvement?
