ABOUT THIS WORK AREA
As a Remote Analytics Specialist, you’ll turn complex data into clear insights that drive business decisions and improve customer outcomes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Analyse operational and customer data to identify trends, performance drivers, and root causes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (primarily in Power BI) to track key metrics and business performance.
• Translate data into actionable insights that inform strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Resolutions, and Experience Design to influence decisions and prioritisation.
• Collaborate with global analytics teams to align on tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Produce regular and ad hoc analysis to support local business needs and strategic initiatives.
• Communicate insights through clear storytelling, tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Insights Analyst role.
• Strong SQL skills (BigQuery or similar) with the ability to analyse large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar visualisation tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex data.
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills, including PowerPoint.
• The ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with stakeholders and influencing outcomes across different teams.
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Prior experience of working in eCommerce, or customer operations/contact centres is highly regarded but not essential.
