Return to Work (RTW) Consultant

As Prudence Rehab's Return to Work Consultant, you’ll own a portfolio of claims, step into the role of outsourced RTW Consultant and work directly with workers, employers, insurers and clinicians to get people back to work

What you’ll do

• Manage claims end to end
• Build and drive tailored RTW plans
• Influence stakeholders across the claim
• Turn medical insight into practical outcomes
• Identify risks early and act decisively

What you bring to Prudence Rehab

• 3+ years in Injury / RTW / Rehab
• Strong Workers Comp knowledge
• Proven ability to manage claims & drive RTW outcomes
• Claims / injury management software platforms experience
• NSW RTW Trained
• Confident, organised and influential communicator
