Law Graduate/ PLT Student

This is a great opportunity for a Law Graduate/PLT Student to gain experience in commercial litigation and insolvency. The successful applicant will gain invaluable experience working within a team of high achieving lawyers on complex and interesting matters.

We understand the importance of your studies, so are willing to accommodate PLT course work needs. However, we are seeking a full-time employee (with flexibility around assessments).

In this role, you will be responsible for administrative and legal support to our solicitors, including:

• drafting correspondence, assisting with the collation and management of large volumes of documents;
• organising and managing meetings and events;
• file management using the firm’s practice management software;
• preparation of briefs and court documents;
• preparation for and attendance at court hearings and trials; and
• client liaison.
