The Opportunity

CE Group is seeking an experienced Project Director to support operations and infrastructure activities across Pacific based projects.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys hands on leadership, working within remote international environments and supporting delivery across complex infrastructure and utilities operations.

The role will support operational leadership, workforce coordination, stakeholder management and project delivery activities across remote and logistically challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project and operational activities across remote infrastructure environments
• Oversee project teams, supervisors and workforce coordination across site operations
• Manage performance across safety, delivery, stakeholder engagement and reporting
• Coordinate logistical requirements including accommodation, mobilisation, transport and workforce support
• Support engagement with local communities, national workforce teams and operational stakeholders
• Work collaboratively across operational, commercial and client facing teams

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:

• Strong background within infrastructure, utilities or electrical construction projects
• Previous experience leading projects within remote or international environments
• Electrical, linesman or engineering background highly regarded
• Strong understanding of utilities or electrical infrastructure environments preferred
• Extensive experience across major project environments
• Strong leadership capability across operational, workforce and stakeholder management
