Your mission

  • Deliver international and domestic tours, including quotes and itinerary delivery
  • Upon confirmation, book all trip components for clients travelling under the LGT and TLA brands
  • Establish and maintain all booking records, communication, and relevant documents in SharePoint
  • Communicate with suppliers and partners for the information you need to quote and book
  • Track and manage tour timelines, working with the Senior Operations Officer to ensure all trip components are completed on schedule
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients once a booking is made and handed over
  • Prepare and distribute final travel documentation by the agreed timeline
  • Handle client queries related to itinerary changes, ticketing, insurance queries, and contracts
  • Assist with airline quoting and flight logistics

Your profile

Behavioural & interpersonal

  • A passion for travel, with hands-on travel experience
  • The ability to work with high volume, manage priorities and multitask
  • Reliable, adaptable, and willing to learn

Technical

  • Experience in a travel-related role
  • GDS experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
