Security Analyst - Identity & Access Management (One Identity)
About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Security Analyst to support and optimise a One Identity (OneID) platform within a business-as-usual (BAU) environment. You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, strengthening access controls, and driving continuous improvement across identity services.
Working at the intersection of security, technology, and business, you'll contribute to both operational excellence and ongoing enhancements across the IAM ecosystem.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support and maintain the One Identity Manager platform, ensuring performance, stability, and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve access, provisioning, and system issues
- Manage identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and access changes
- Handle ServiceNow requests and service queues efficiently
- Maintain and enhance RBAC models and access controls
- Support Secure Web Gateway (SWG) and Secure Email Gateway (SEG) requests, including email quarantine, proxy rules, and policy updates
- Contribute to IAM and cyber security change reviews
- Manage machine and service accounts
- Maintain integrations with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Support project deliverables and transition changes into BAU operations
- Perform system updates, configurations, and health checks
- Assist with automation and process improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability uplift
What You'll Bring
- Strong experience with One Identity Manager, including architecture, configuration, and identity lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience in IGA development and integrations across enterprise environments such as Active Directory, Entra ID, HR systems, and Exchange
- Solid understanding of IAM governance and security frameworks, including segregation of duties, privileged access management, access certification, and compliance reporting
- Familiarity with government security frameworks such as ISM, PSPF, and the Essential Eight
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into IGA solutions and designs
- Experience delivering enhancements and managing change into production environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business teams
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing
