Tender Presenting Officer to join a family-run luxury custom home builder renowned for delivering exceptional homes and an outstanding client experience.

Based in Brisbane City, this role offers the chance to work from a central location while being part of a business known for its quality, reputation, and people-first approach.

Acting as the link between Sales, Estimating, and Drafting, you will guide clients through the tender and pre-contract stages of their building journey, ensuring they understand their pricing, inclusions, design selections, and next steps before contracts are issued.

This is a highly client-facing role that combines residential construction knowledge with exceptional communication and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present tenders and explain pricing, inclusions, upgrades, and variations to clients.
  • Coordinate design review outcomes and manage client communications.
  • Ensure all documentation, selections, and pricing updates are accurately captured prior to contracts being issued.
  • Liaise closely with Sales, Estimating, and Drafting teams to maintain momentum through the pre-construction process.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies before progressing to contract stage.
  • Deliver a seamless and professional customer experience throughout the tender phase.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in new home sales, pre-site coordination, tender presentations, or customer service within residential construction.
  • Direct client-facing experience working for a residential home builder.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction documentation and processes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
