About Our Client

Our client is a well-established civil construction contractor delivering infrastructure projects throughout regional Queensland. With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and long-standing relationships with local councils, they specialise in pipeline, drainage, and civil works projects. Due to continued project growth, they are seeking motivated and reliable Pipe Layers and Civil Labourers to join their team on an upcoming pipeline project.

What You Will Be Doing

• Installing and laying poly and civil pipeline systems.
• Digging and preparing trenches for pipe installation.
• Using laser levels to ensure correct pipe depths and grades are achieved.
• Poly welding and joining pipes.
• Assisting with excavation and backfilling activities.
• Reading and interpreting basic plans and site instructions.
• General civil labouring duties as required.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite.

What You Will Need

• Previous experience in pipe laying, civil construction, or a similar role.
• Certificate II or III in Pipe Laying preferred but not essential.
• Experience with poly welding highly regarded.
• Ability to work around excavations and trenching activities.
• White Card required.
• Strong focus on safety and teamwork.
• Ability to work 1012 hour days in a regional environment.

What s in it for you?

• $41.87 per hour + Super.
• Penalty rates paid after 8 hours per day or 38 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday roster.
• 1012 hour days.
