About Our Client

Payroll
- Process end-to-end payroll on a fortnightly basis
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and policies
- Manage payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
- Process superannuation, payroll tax, and statutory reporting
- Perform payroll reconciliations and assist with reporting
HR Coordination
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation
- Maintain and update HRIS and employee records
- Assist with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling
- Provide first-line HR support and respond to employee queries
- Support performance review cycles and training administration
- Assist in policy updates and HR compliance activities
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Payroll / HR Coordinator Should Have
- Proven experience in payroll processing (end-to-end preferred)
- Exposure to HR coordination or administrative functions
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Experience with Microkeeper
- Intermediate Excel skills
