We are currently looking for experienced and safety-focused S26 Bulk Earthworks Supervisors with site-based project experience to join our team of highly skilled professionals supporting various tier 1 mining projects in the Pilbara.

About the Role

  • Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Lead and motivate on-site teams, including subcontractors and labourers, to achieve project milestones.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to address and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
  • Manage and track project schedules, providing input to optimise workflow and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, providing clear instructions and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Keep detailed records of daily activities, including progress reports and resource allocation.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of site-based supervisor experience within construction projects.
  • S26 Certified
  • Experience within NPI construction projects - concreting & bulk earthworks
  • Strong contractor management experience (RTIO highly regarded)
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence & White Construction Card.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Ability to complete and pass a pre-employment medical, DNA & national police check.
