About the Role

We currently have vacancy for a 1st Year Light Vehicle Automotive Apprentice to join our prestigious Mercedes-Benz Dealership located in Miranda.

This apprenticeship will be a nationally recognised qualification; where you will learn all aspects of the trade through on the job training, with an experienced professional, together with structured learning via Tafe NSW.

No previous work experience is needed but a passion for all things automotive is a must!

Full time position based in Miranda ; Monday to Friday.

Tell me about an Apprenticeship?

A Light Vehicle Motor Mechanic Apprenticeship, is a 4 year course, where you can study & work at the same time - EARN WHILE YOU LEARN!

You will work onsite at the workplace, 4 days per week, and attend Tafe 1 day per week during term (which you are paid for).

During the duration of your apprenticeship, you will be provided with on-the-job training, mentorship, and classroom learning at Tafe.

About you

• You are committed towards completing an Apprenticeship
• You have a great can do, positive attitude
• You have a strong work ethic, you're reliable & punctual
• Great team player; ability to work in a team environment
• Able to take instructions well
• Great communication skills
• Safety focused
• Current NSW Drivers License (Provisional License as a minimum - or in the process of obtaining within 1-2 months is acceptable)
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
