About The Position
We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven
Marine Product & Business Development Manager APAC to accelerate growth across our Marine category and shape the future of our product portfolio in one of the world’s most exciting marine markets.
Based at our Varsity Lakes office in Queensland, this full‑time role partners closely with global Product Management, local and international Sales & Marketing, Operations and key customers across the APAC region. You’ll lead product lifecycle execution, uncover new business opportunities, and ensure our marine products are positioned for long‑term success.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Lead the full APAC product lifecycle — from concept and localisation through launch and in‑market optimisation
- Develop product requirements, specifications and roadmaps tailored to APAC customer and regulatory needs
- Identify and drive new business development opportunities to expand market share and revenue
- Build strong relationships with distributors, OEMs and key customers to strengthen commercial outcomes
- Support Sales teams with technical product expertise, training and customer engagement
- Capture and analyse Voice of Customer insights to guide product improvements and strategic decisions
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to maintain market competitiveness
- Align regional product strategy with global product roadmaps and cross‑functional priorities
- Manage pricing, margin delivery, forecasting and commercial performance across the APAC portfolio
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Customer Service to ensure successful launches and supply continuity
- Develop business cases, product strategies and performance reports to support decision‑making
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, packaging and labelling standards while driving continuous improvement

A suitable background would be a solid experience within Product Management and Sales – as well as the following qualifications and experiences:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business, Engineering, Marketing or Product Management
- Strong knowledge of marine products, applications and market dynamics
- Experience working across international markets
- Understanding of sourcing, purchasing and supply chain processes
- Strong commercial acumen — pricing, forecasting, margin analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Experience launching new products
- Technical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Experience with trade or consumer shows
- Passport and driver’s licence, with willingness to travel
