The Opportunity

As the Supply Planner, you will play a critical role in driving supply planning activities that optimise service levels, inventory management, operational efficiency, and working capital outcomes.

Based at our Ingleburn site and working closely with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams, you will ensure the right products and materials are available at the right time while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end supply planning activities to support service, inventory, and operational performance targets.
  • Developing and maintaining production schedules to support manufacturing requirements.
  • Planning and managing finished goods inventory, including third-party supplier purchasing.
  • Coordinating distribution requirements planning to ensure product availability across the network.
  • Procuring and planning raw materials and packaging to support production requirements.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and proactively identifying and mitigating supply risks.

Please note: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position.

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Supply Planning, Production Planning, or Demand Planning role within a manufacturing environment.
  • FMCG, food, beverage, dairy, or related industry experience highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, with exposure to QAD/MFG Pro highly desirable.
  • Experience using business intelligence and reporting tools would be advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.
