Are you a strategic operations and marketing professional ready to elevate team performance? Join JLL's Industrial & Logistics team as a Marketing & Operations Manager and become the central hub driving operational excellence, marketing impact, and business growth across NSW.
What You'll Do: Strategic Operations & Business Support
Provide high-quality operational support to the Industrial & Logistics Team in alignment with strategic priorities.
Work closely with Directors and the National Operations Manager to ensure adoption of best-practice processes that foster a high-performing team.
Play a critical role in aligning NSW marketing and operations with the broader Leasing Advisory platform, improving margin performance, enhancing client delivery, and supporting sustainable growth.
Administrative Excellence
Perform administrative duties on behalf of Directors with strong attention to detail, including diary management and travel booking.
Prepare agency agreements for new appointments and collaborate with Legal when required.
Act as backup for finance processes including fee pipeline management, recoverable/non-recoverable invoices, monthly corporate card expense reconciliation, and trust accounting processes when the Finance Assistant is on leave or at capacity.
Marketing & Campaign Management
Manage end-to-end campaign activities including photography, signage artwork, online portals, and social media channels.
Coordinate with JBS (Design CoE and Bid CoE) on the preparation of marketing materials including presentations, information memorandums, brochures, social media tiles, and EDMs.
Ensure consistent brand standards and market presence across all channels.
Business Development & Pitch Support
Coordinate with JBS/Bid CoE on submissions and pitch processes for team appointments, supporting agents and analysts to prepare and design compelling documents and presentations.
Maintain and regularly update the CRM system including marketing lists, deal pipeline, and fees.
Technology & Process Integration
Ensure the NSW team adopts and consistently uses JBS platforms (Data CoE, Bid CoE, and Design CoE) and AI tools, implementing best-practice processes to improve productivity and simplify business operations.
Champion standardization and automation initiatives.
Event Management & Team Culture
Organize and coordinate team and client events including presentations and external networking events to drive market presence and branding, focusing on efficiency of spend and tracking engagement.
Foster a positive team spirit and drive team culture that supports collaboration and excellence.
Onboarding & Training Coordination
Support streamlining of onboarding and training initiatives and processes, working closely with the National Operations Manager.
Collaborate and share best practices with other Marketing and Operations personnel nationally at JLL.
Project & Performance Management
Work with the team analyst to ensure team and client deliverables and deadlines are achieved.
Successfully contribute to the growth of income and value through delivery and measurement of strategic growth objectives, ensuring effective time and project management is deployed and development of differentiated initiatives to secure constant growth and market visibility.
What We're Looking For: Essential Requirements
3+ years' experience in Operations & Marketing roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills with creative and marketing capabilities
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to work under tight timeframes and deadlines
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail
Self-starter with continuous drive for efficiency and process improvement
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in property or commercial real estate agency
Knowledge and experience in Canva
Knowledge and experience in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Understanding of CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
