We are looking for a passionate and driven Commercial Manager to join our Front Office Department. The role of the Commercial Manager is to help drive our mission of delivering world-class support to our clients in critical and commercial sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to find new business opportunities for site growth throughout the region
- Increase our Support By the Hour (SBH) penetration within our region
- Negotiating new contract agreements with customers
- Reporting and the achievement of contract budget performance and target equipment turn times
- Ensure our customers are provided with world class customer support commercially
- Work in collaboration with the Customer Service Representative team in delivering results and collective performance
- Regular travel and close proximity to our customers is a key part of this role. Attending Trade Shows, visiting our customers and developing these relationships will be key.
- Tertiary qualification in Business or Sales related and/or Engineering course will be highly regarded
- Sales training/qualification would be advantageous
- Project management training/qualification would be advantageous
- Experience working within a Regional OEM Customer Service or Commercial Sales team
- Experience working in a sales position with invoicing KPI's
- A strong sales focus with robust negotiating skills enhanced by a flair for customer service
- Understanding of contractual terms and specifications, commercial and technical
- Good working knowledge and understanding of aviation regulations
- Good knowledge of our regional customer base, and ideally has been part of this community, and is well respected throughout the aviation industry
