Amaze is a leading autism organisation with over 50 years of impact — working alongside communities, governments and service systems so that Autistic people and their families can live their best lives in a more autism-inclusive Australia.
We're excited to be partnering with Amaze to bring two passionate, purpose-driven people into their team.
ROLE 1 — Research & Resources Delivery Manager
Fixed Term – 12 Months (Potential to Extend)
Lead a specialist team at the intersection of research, lived experience, community consultation and practical change. You will direct project and program delivery across research, consultation, co-design and resource development — turning good ideas into meaningful outcomes.
You'll bring
- Experience leading small teams and strong project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex deliverables
- Experience delivering research and/or resource projects
- Commitment to evidence-informed, inclusive practice
A background in community services, education, consultancy/research or learning & development is welcomed. Knowledge of autism or neurodivergence is highly regarded but not essential.
ROLE 2 — Services Marketing Manager
Fixed Term – 12 Months (Potential to Extend)
Use your marketing expertise to help thousands of Australians find, understand and access trusted autism support. You will develop and deliver campaigns for Autism Connect — Australia's only national autism helpline — and related services, turning community insights into clear, compelling communications to identify referral pathways and build relationships with relevant referrers.
You'll bring
- Experience developing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong storytelling, content and digital marketing skills
- Ability to translate complex information into accessible communications
- Data-driven approach to measuring and improving campaign performance
A background in community services, health or education marketing is an advantage.
Both roles offer
Flexible hybrid working | Salary packaging | Professional development | EAP
