About the Opportunity
OSM Thome is seeking experienced and qualified inshore marine crew to join a Darwin-based project. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a high-performing team working in a dynamic and professional environment with long-term prospects.
Marine Ratings – General Purpose Hand or Navigation Watch Rating, holding a minimum of Coxswain Grade 1 or above to operate a 7m RHIB
Please note: ECDIS, and GMDSS certifications are highly desirable for the Master, Chief Officer, and Deck Officer positions
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Australian qualifications and Certificates of Competency
- Must have the legal right to work in Australia (citizenship, permanent residency, or applicable visa)
- Baseline Security Clearance (highly regarded)
- Relevant sea-time and proven experience
- Current STCW Certifications (CoST) and AMSA Near Coastal Medical
- A strong safety culture and ability to work effectively within a close-knit team
