The Opportunity

SEE Civil are a certified 'Great Place to Work' and we have a great career opportunity available for an experienced civil Leading Hand to join our highly professional and skilled Urban Development Team. This is a We currently full-time permanent role working across projects in the Toowoomba region.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Prior experience within the civil construction industry, ideally working across subdivision projects or similar.
• The ability to read and interpret plans.
• Strong safety knowledge and initiative.
• Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Current driver’s license and Construction White Card.
