We're looking for an ambitious and people-focused Practice Manager to lead our Mount Gravatt dental centre .
Operating as a busy 4-chair clinic , this centre has an established patient base, experienced practitioners, and significant opportunity for continued growth. It's the perfect opportunity for a leader who enjoys building strong teams, driving performance, and making a genuine impact on the success of a practice.
You'll be supported by an experienced Regional Manager while having the autonomy to lead your team, optimise operations, and help unlock the centre's full potential.

What you'll be doing
Leading the day-to-day operations of a busy 4-chair dental centre
Managing rostering, workflow, patient coordination and centre presentation
Supporting and developing your team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
Working closely with practitioners to maximise appointment utilisation and patient outcomes
Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency
Managing stock, reporting and operational processes
Partnering with your Regional Manager to support growth and centre success

Experience in practice management, centre leadership or healthcare operations
Strong rostering, scheduling and patient coordination skills
Experience leading teams and creating positive workplace cultures
Confidence managing centre performance and operational KPIs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
