Imagine being the first point of contact for Australians reaching out for help with their superannuation — guiding, supporting, and solving real-world questions every day. You’ll work with a respected superannuation partner within the financial sector, helping members feel confident about their future.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8AM–8PM (rotating roster) & Occasional Saturdays!

Start date- 7th & 13th of April 2026

Pay: $28.12/hr + 12% super + penalties

Training: 2 weeks of paid, hands-on learning

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide outstanding service to members across phone, chat, and email
  • Listen with empathy and offer tailored solutions
  • Navigate multiple systems to resolve enquiries accurately
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in every interaction

  • Strong communicator with natural empathy
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior contact centre experience is great—but your attitude matters most!
