Resourceful Recruitment is seeking expressions of Interest from experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineers for a range of future upcoming opportunities across the mining and oil and gas industries.

We partner with leading asset owners, consultancies, and engineering service providers who are regularly seeking skilled E&I professionals to support the delivery of brownfield upgrades, capital projects, maintenance programs, and operational improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience working within mining, oil & gas, utilities, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environments
• Strong understanding of electrical power systems, instrumentation, and control systems
• Experience delivering brownfield and/or greenfield projects
• Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and engineering best practices
• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across technical and operational teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safe, reliable project delivery
