About the opportunity
Join Health Infrastructure in a key advisory role supporting the planning and design of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE) requirements across a portfolio of major capital projects. You will be a part team of FFE Advisors working closely with project teams, NSW Health Organisations and stakeholders to guide planning activities, manage priorities and ensure FFE requirements are delivered in line with project objectives, timelines, quality standards.
As a technical specialist, you will support projects by
i. monitor and report on FFE delivery status
ii. identify and develop strategies to mitigate delivery risk
iii. contribute to design assurance
iv. assist projects manage critical information including FFE schedules
At a portfolio level, you will identify opportunities to enhance service efficiency and outcomes and contribute to capability uplift across teams—playing an important role in delivering well-coordinated and effective healthcare infrastructure solutions.
This is a fixed term full-time opportunity for two years period. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate.
Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.
This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
About you
A motivated and adaptable professional, you bring strong capability to manage planning and design requirements at both the individual project and portfolio level. You are confident operating within complex capital project environments, effectively navigating diverse stakeholder relationships while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery. This enables you to maintain delivery momentum whilst maintaining alignment of FFE activities with Project objectives and requirements, and portfolio priorities.
