Job Title: Data Analyst

Experience Required:- 6+years

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
Develop and maintain logical and physical data models to support reporting and analytics needs
Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy
Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Work closely with data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and data structures
Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests

Required Skills

Strong experience in SQL and data analysis
Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Good understanding of data modeling concepts (ER diagrams, star/snowflake schema)
Hands-on experience with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables)
Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate complex data into business-friendly insights

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Exposure to ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
