You will be responsible for providing Human Resources generalist support to the Retail division of the Australian and New Zealand business, where you will contribute to the smooth running of the HR Department. This covers the areas of on-boarding/off-boarding, recruitment, payroll advice, employee relations, occupational health and safety and general HR administration.

Ideally you are currently working in a Retail or related HR environment and have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources. Your ability to analyse and solve problems, communicate and listen effectively, whilst using your technical expertise will see you promote yourself within the business to build positive relationships. You will need to be adaptable, responsive and able to multi-task effectively as you provide HR support to the retail arm of this global business.
