- 2+ years' experience in fashion product development, design or production
- Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, measurements and size specs
- Confident creating and updating tech packs and CADs in Adobe Illustrator
- Comfortable reviewing samples and writing clear, accurate sample comments
- Confident communicating with factories and suppliers
- Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple tasks across brands
- Strong in Excel, Google Sheets & project management apps
- Experience using AI tools within fashion, product development and system tracking is a bonus
Details
- Part-time - approx. 28 hours per week (days and hours to be discussed with the right candidate)
- Gold Coast, QLD (in-person, with the opportunity for occasional WFH days)
