Role Description

We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join their specialist project management team in Artarmon, NSW. You'll be supporting the delivery of complex, high-stakes projects, keeping schedules tight, stakeholders informed, and documentation in order from kickoff through to handover.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting Project Managers across active projects, tracking milestones, budgets, and deliverables
  • Acting as a key liaison between internal teams, production centres, and third-party suppliers
  • Managing document control processes and maintaining accurate, revision-controlled records throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinating logistics, obtaining supplier quotes, and providing invoicing support
  • Producing timely reports on project progress and forecast vs. actual performance
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships across the duration of each project

What we're looking for

  • Solid background in project coordination, ideally across multiple simultaneous projects
  • A natural communicator who brings people along, not just information
  • Comfortable working in environments where precision and deadlines are non-negotiable
  • Experience with ERP or project management platforms, SAP experience is well regarded
  • Exposure to critical industries or large capital projects is a genuine advantage
  • ISO or quality assurance familiarity is a bonus, not a barrier

The detail

Artarmon, NSW. Office based with some flexibility around hybrid, roughly 20–30 mins north of Sydney CBD

3–6 month contract with a genuine pathway to a permanent role for the right fit

Rate: negotiable based on experience
