As our client portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Paid Search Specialist to take ownership of campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and manage accounts effectively.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
We're looking for a hands-on Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimise lead generation campaigns for service-based businesses across Australia. You'll be responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving campaign performance, and maximising return on ad spend.
Working across Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing, Dynamic Search Ads, and Performance Max campaigns, you'll confidently use Google Ads Editor for campaign builds, account restructures, keyword management, and large-scale optimisations.
You'll conduct keyword research, analyse search terms and competitors, write compelling ad copy, and build geo-targeted campaigns that generate enquiries, calls, and bookings. You'll also manage conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and performance reporting across key metrics including CPL, CPA, conversion rate, lead quality, and ROAS.
This is a great opportunity for someone who understands search intent, enjoys working with data, and can quickly identify opportunities to improve results. You'll have genuine ownership of your accounts, flexibility, and plenty of room to grow as the agency continues to expand.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE?
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and setup through to optimisation and reporting
- 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, with a strong focus on lead generation for service-based businesses
- Confident using Google Ads Editor for campaign builds, restructures, and large-scale account management
- Strong understanding of keyword strategy, search intent, bidding, budget allocation, and campaign optimisation
- Experience with conversion tracking, call tracking, GA4, and attribution modelling
- Analytical and data-driven, with a focus on improving lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition
- Detail-oriented with strong quality assurance skills and a proactive approach to performance improvement
- A strategic thinker who enjoys taking ownership and delivering sustainable growth
