About the role

We are seeking an experienced and values-driven leader to shape and champion our People and Culture strategy. This pivotal role is central to building a high-performing, engaged workforce by driving cultural change, enhancing employee experience, and embedding our commitment to ‘Our Safe Place’.

Responsible for talent acquisition, employee life cycle, workplace relations, employee development, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, workforce analytics, workforce planning and succession management and strategic P&C projects, you will lead initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and align people strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in delivering successful change, fostering a unified culture, and inspiring performance through strong, contemporary leadership.

This role is based at our Notting Hill head office.

As our ideal candidate, you will possess

  • Relevant HR qualification with 3+ years’ senior HR leadership in organisations of 200+ employees
  • Proven experience leading cultural change and fostering safe, inclusive, purpose-driven workplaces
  • Strong leadership and management capability (with NFP and/or multi-site workforce management experience preferable)
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise bargaining, workplace relations, and employment and/or health and safety law
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Innovative, solutions-focused leader with strong project delivery and problem-solving ability
