Playology Clinic is a therapist-owned paediatric allied health clinic in Melbourne’s outer east.
We combine the heart of a not-for-profit with the flexibility of private practice. Our values-driven team of allied health therapists, therapy assistants and admin staff work collaboratively to support children, teens and families in meaningful, neuroaffirming ways.
Our Speech Pathology service launched in 2026 and has grown quickly, with strong demand from families who value collaborative and accessible care. We’re now expanding our speech team and are looking for clinicians who want to be part of building something thoughtful, sustainable, and well-supported within an established multidisciplinary clinic.
We have strong team retention and engagement — because Playology is a workplace where clinicians feel supported, valued, and resourced to do their best work.

In-house PD series: "Growing Together" series with guest facilitators (2025 included DIR/Floortime, Learn to Play, Bridges Out of Poverty + more). This series is in addition to personal PD budgets and time.
